Homework emergency

I'm trying to imagine what I would do if a "homework emergency" happened. It's 9:00 p.m. the night before computer skills class and now that I've left my assignment to the last minute there are unexpected problems. I have no idea how to fix my computer, so I would either have to find a computer lab or ask my roommate. Luckily, there's a lab right across my dorm so I would try to work there.
